Spring Starter
Went out yesterday for the second day of the spring season. We had tough wind against tide conditions, but it was a start. Started porgy fishing, and it was a steady pick. Moved over to the fluke grounds, and had a little better luck. No keeper fluke, but we had three shorts (better than the day before), and two giant black sea bass, which were released. Another steady slow bite, but that eventually died down. A nice day on the water, and some porgy fillets for some great ceviche. It's only going to get better as the water warms, and the fish move in. Give a call and book a trip.
