Kids Day Off

Took out my brother Bill Lehnert, my nephew Everett Lehnert, and Charlie Koester. The kids had a great day off from school ! We headed to Plum Gut for some striper fishing. We were into fish on the first drift. In 1 1/2 hours of fishing, we landed 6 Bluefish, 2 short stripers & 2 nice keeper stripers. After the kids arms were tired, we headed back for some fluke fishing. Had a few shorts until Charlie landed a nice 22" keeper fluke. Had a great mixed bag day, the kids are happy & tired, and we all have some great fillets for dinner. Come on out and get in on this action.
